Disclosed are a nucleic acid-carbon nanotube structure into which a fragment having a complementary base sequence is introduced, a method for preparing the same, and a fluorescence-based nucleic acid detection sensor using the same. A nucleic acid-carbon nanotube structure into which a fragment having a complementary nucleotide sequence is introduced has a structure in which a phosphor is bound to the end, a nucleic acid capable of specifically binding to a target nucleic acid is bound to the surface of the carbon nanotube, and the nucleic acid includes a nucleotide sequence portion complementary to the target nucleic acid and a nucleotide sequence portion for binding to the carbon nanotube, and a portion of the nucleotide sequence portion complementary to the target nucleic acid has a fragment having a nucleotide sequence complementary to the nucleic acid (small complementary sequence, SCS) is introduced, characterized in that only some nucleotide sequences form a double strand.
