PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a sample for observing dynamic behavior of organelles such as mammalian nucleus by a high-speed atomic force microscopy.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for preparing a sample for observing dynamic behavior of mammalian intracellular organelles by a high-speed atomic force microscopy.
