A guide device of an electric vibration table, comprising: elastic supporting blocks (11), a first fixing block (12), and at least one guide leaf spring (13). Two pressing blocks (14) are provided on each guide leaf spring (13); the pressing blocks (14) are respectively fixed to the two ends of the guide leaf spring (13); the elastic supporting blocks (11) are fixedly connected to one end of the guide leaf spring (13), and the first fixing block (12) is fixedly connected to the other end of the guide leaf spring (13). Compared with conventional guide devices, the present guide device has the features of convenient mounting and high reliability. Also provided is an electric vibration table.
