Disclosed are a method for providing, by means of an automatic pop-up, an automatic responsive service displayed on a screen through an automatic response of a voice call, and a server for providing same. A method for providing an automatic responsive service (ARS) displayed on a screen through an automatic response of a voice call, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: receiving a voice call from a mobile terminal; checking whether a software development kit (SDK) necessary for directly executing, on the mobile terminal without intervention of a user, program location information (URL) for providing the automatic responsive service (ARS) is installed in the mobile terminal; and depending on whether the software development kit (SDK) is installed, providing the automatic responsive service (ARS) by directly executing the program location information (URL) without the intervention of the user, or providing the program location information (URL) to the mobile terminal and providing the automatic responsive service (ARS) on the basis of a command from the user to execute the program location information (URL).
