The present invention relates to a first agent comprising an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer; and a second agent comprising a first polyetheramine, a surface-modified graphene oxide, and a surface-modified heat-insulating particle; and to a polyurea coating waterproofing material having excellent heat-insulating properties and having excellent heat-shielding properties.
