The present invention relates to a main part comprising an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer; and polyether triamine, a surface-modified cordierite, a chain extender, a plasticizer, a curing agent comprising a pigment, and a catalyst; to a polyurea resin coating waterproofing material prepared by reacting the same, and a method for producing the same.
