The present invention relates to a multifunctional billboard, and in particular, has a form in which a pair of side support bars are integrally bent in an upward direction from both ends of a horizontal bar, and a pair of supporting members disposed in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined distance; a pair of support members having a form in which a pair of side support bars are integrally bent from both ends of the horizontal bar in a downward direction and disposed in the transverse direction at a predetermined distance from the upper portions of the support members; a plurality of side support rod coupling means for mutually disassembling the side support rods of the support members and the side support rods adjacent to each other among the side support rods of the support members, each having a phase difference of 90 degrees from each other; and at least one weight body detachably installed on the upper surface of the horizontal bar of the pair of supporting members. Therefore, it does not easily fall over in strong wind, can combine any weight body having any shape, is easy to install and disassemble, and has good storage and portability, can be used indoors and outdoors, and has any shape. Banners can also be combined.
