Disclosed are a method and apparatus for manufacturing a fiberglass-reinforced plastic grid. The apparatus comprises a grid manufacturing mold (1), elastic support legs (2), a vibration electric motor (3), an industrial control computer (4), a driving device (5) and a scraping and yarn-drawing assembly (6), wherein in the configuration of the driving device (5), a transmission electric motor (53) drives, by means of a screw rod (55), a sliding table (54) to move in a linear manner, and then cooperates with a linear module (56) to achieve the functions of the scraping and yarn-drawing assembly (6) with regard to scraping resin on the grid manufacturing mold (1) and drawing warp and weft yarns, thereby effectively reducing the manual labor intensity and reducing the number of workers occupied.
