The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for continuously manufacturing a reinforced plastic pipe using a transfer film, and more specifically, to set the length in the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface of a base mold that is formed of a reinforced plastic pipe by winding a glass fiber around an outer peripheral surface according to a filament winding method. Reinforcement using a transfer film made to continuously produce a reinforced plastic pipe of a desired length without breaking by moving the reinforcing plastic pipe molded together with the moving film moving forward by placing the transfer film moving at a high speed. Plastic pipe continuous manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method. To this end, the rotating shaft pipe, the base mold, and the transfer film supply section and the transfer film take-out section are used to construct a continuous manufacturing apparatus for reinforced plastic pipes using the transfer film, the transfer film adhesion step, the transfer film forcibly moving step, and the glass fiber winding forming step and curing. We present a continuous manufacturing method of reinforced plastic pipe using the step and the pipe cutting and separation step.
