To increase the accuracy of a luminance sensitivity calibration coefficient that equalizes the inter-element sensitivity deviation.SOLUTION: An image acquisition unit 1 acquires a captured image 51 captured by an imaging device 20 including a line sensor. A calculation area setting unit 2 sets, as a setting pixel area 52, an area that is regarded as imaging the same target among the pixels included in the line sensor. A calibration coefficient calculation unit 5 calculates, as a correction calibration coefficient, the calibration coefficient of each pixel for making the outputs of a plurality of pixels included in two adjacent setting pixel areas 52 among setting pixel areas included in the line sensor uniform. The calculation area setting unit 2 uses the correction calibration coefficient to calculate a luminance sensitivity calibration coefficient 53 that makes the pixels included in the line sensor uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
