To obtain a project progress management table which allows progresses and its state of a plurality of simultaneously advancing projects to be recognized at a glance and a system which can objectively display a progress and its state of each project.SOLUTION: A project progress management table creation system creates a project progress management table indicating progresses of a plurality of projects with several divided phases and indicating states of projects being in an ongoing phase and includes: phase determination means which determines which of the phases each of the projects is in on the basis of a phase determination element; and state determination means which determines a state in a phase of each of the projects on the basis of a phase state determination element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
