PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort for checking attendance and absence to a meeting and creation of a process table of the meeting. PSOLUTION: A central device 2 in a process table creation method stores many models for process which becomes the base of process table creation of the meeting, receives a name, a date, a place, time of the meeting and a list of applicants' names to whom participation to the meeting is appealed from a manager's cellular phone 10 and transmits an inquiry about attendance and absence to the meeting to a transmitting destination of the list of names. The central device 2 transmits inquiry about application for speeches and entertainments to the respective cellular phones 11 to 13 which transmit attendance notification in response to the inquiry about attendance and absence and creates the process table of the meeting on the basis of the replied application contents and the models for process. The created process table and the list of participants'names are transmitted from the central device 2 to the manager's cellular phone 10 and a manager acquires the process table of the meeting and the list of participants' names without taking time and effort.
