The present invention relates to a wireless communication method and a multi-device system configured to implement said method for adjusting and adapting communication windows to the electrophysiological rhythm of a patient. Each device in the system is configured to determine a time marker (Pref1 n, Pref2 n) associated with the detection of a wave of the PRQST complex and to rearrange the communication window according to the time marker thus determined for each cardiac cycle.
