A towing power-based fishing-assistance conveying device for continuous catching of Antarctic krill using a trawl, comprising an inner pumping pipe (1), the inner pumping pipe (1) being connected to a tail end of a codend (2); and further comprising an outer shell cover (3), a towing hydrodynamic driving mechanism, a gearbox (4), and a friendly spiral conveyor (5), wherein the inner pumping pipe (1) is located in the outer shell cover (3) and is led out from the interior of the outer shell cover (3); the friendly spiral conveyor (5) is rotatably mounted in the inner pumping pipe (1); the towing hydrodynamic driving mechanism is provided behind the outer shell cover (3); a first transmission shaft (6) of the towing hydrodynamic driving mechanism is connected to an input end of the gearbox (4); an output end of the gearbox (4) is connected to the friendly spiral conveyor (5) by means of a second transmission shaft (7) and drives, by means of the towing hydrodynamic driving mechanism, the friendly spiral conveyor (5) to rotate. The device can assist a continuous pumping catching system in assisted catch conveying, so that blockage is effectively prevented, and continuity of pumping and transferring catches is guaranteed.
