PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanobar code used for adjusting attachment / polarization of macrophages, and a method for adjusting attachment / polarization of macrophages using the nanobar code. SOLUTION: A nanobar code in which a first segment containing iron (Fe) and a second segment containing gold (Au) are repeatedly formed is bonded to a second segment of the nanobar code. Provided is a nanobar code for adjusting attachment and polarization of macrophages containing an integrin ligand peptide. The method of adjusting the attachment / polarization of macrophages is to efficiently control the attachment / phenotypic polarization of macrophages inside and outside the body by controlling the periodicity and sequence order of the ligand peptide (RGD) of the nanobarcode.
