The present application discloses a lidar base, a lidar device, and an autonomous driving vehicle, and relates to the field of autonomous driving technology. Here, the lidar base is a base body for mounting the lidar assembly; and a cover plate installed on the base body and defining a guiding gap between the base body and the base body, wherein a gas outlet of the guiding gap is installed toward the lidar assembly. The lidar base according to the embodiment of the present application not only has a good cleaning effect on the lidar assembly, but also can ensure the operational stability of the lidar assembly, has a simple structure, and has advantages such as low cost.
