The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis strain having an enzyme secretory ability, comprising the steps of immersing soybeans in water at 20°C to 45°C, immersing the beans until the mass of the beans is more than doubled; Sterilizing the soaked beans; and inoculating the sterilized soybean with the Bacillus subtilis strain according to the present invention and fermenting it at 26°C to 43°C for at least 48 hours, wherein the fermented soybean contains amylase, protease, and free amino acids. .
