The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having antibacterial and antifungal activity, and more particularly, to an antibacterial and antifungal cosmetic composition comprising a cypress leaf extract, a glycosylated extract, and a lemon balm leaf extract as active ingredients. The composition of the present invention has the advantage of maintaining formulation stability without discoloration and odor when applied to cosmetic formulations. The antibacterial and antifungal composition comprising a cypress leaf extract, a glycosylated extract, and a lemon balm leaf extract as active ingredients of the present invention exhibits a broad antibacterial and antifungal spectrum against various bacteria.
