The present invention provides a posture comparison device that compares and shows before/after procedures for treating a patient with chuna therapy, comprising: an operating table providing a space on which a patient is placed for a patient's procedure through chuna therapy; a photographing unit installed adjacent to the operating table and photographing a patient's procedure; an output unit for outputting in real time the scene of the patient's chuna therapy taken through the recording unit; and a control unit connected to the recording unit and the output unit, respectively, to control the operation of the recording unit and the output unit.
