A fuel rod performance evaluation method according to an embodiment includes converting uncertainty for each fuel rod performance evaluation factor into output uncertainty for each factor, calculating total output uncertainty using the output uncertainty for each factor, and calculating the total output uncertainty by Monte Carlo method , and calculating a power distribution curve according to the burnout, and setting a burnout limit value using the output distribution curve.
