Disclosed is a preparation method for a ratio fluorescent lactic acid probe based on a novel nanocomposite system and an enzyme catalytic reaction, comprising preparing a metal organic framework composite SQDs/MOF coated in sulfur quantum dots and bovine serum albumin-stabilized gold nanoclusters BSA/AuNCs, formulating a mixed solution system of SQDs/MOF, BSA/AuNCs, a lactic acid oxidase LOD and Fe2+, adding lactic acid LA, then LOD catalysing the generation of H2O2 from LA, and H2O2 catalysing the formation of Fe3+ from Fe2+, electron transfer triggered by Fe3+ resulting in attenuation of AuNCs fluorescence, and the change of SQD fluorescence coated in the MOF structure being small, fitting the linear relationship between AuNCs and SQDs fluorescence emission peak intensity ratios IAuNCs/ISQDs and LA concentration logarithm, and constructing a novel ratio fluorescent nano probe for highly sensitive and selective quantitative detection of lactic acid.
