GAT VECTOR FOR MEDIATING AND REGULATING MALE FERTILITY OF PLANT RECESSIVE GENIC MALE STERILE LINE, AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Provided are a GAT vector for mediating and regulating male fertility of a plant recessive genic male sterile line, and an application thereof. The GAT vector comprises five functional element expression cassettes: a plant male fertility restoration gene element expression cassette, used for restoring the male fertility of a recessive genic sterile mutant; a plant pollen abortion gene element expression cassette, used for removing pollen containing GAT and maintaining the heterozygous state of a GAT maintainer line; a gene transformation and maintainer line selection element expression cassette, used for gene transformation and impurity removal and purification of a GAT maintainer line; a herbicide sensitive element expression cassette, used for removal of pollen and seed exudates of a herbicide sensitive GAT maintainer line, and impurity removal and purification of a GAT sterile line; and a seed selection element expression cassette, used for mechanical seed sorting. The GAT vector can be used for hybrid breeding and hybrid seed production of plant recessive genic sterile materials.
