The present invention relates to a composition comprising, as an active ingredient, an exosome derived from human adipose-derived stem cells induced by autophagy, and a method for preparing the same. When the exosomes are isolated from the culture medium of human adipose-derived stem cells induced by autophagy provided by the present invention, the yield of exosomes, which is an important material for intercellular communication, is greatly improved compared to exosomes naturally released out of cells. Rather, it has a more useful effect on skin health (cell regeneration ability through cellular wound healing effect and cell proliferation promotion effect in dermatoblasts), so it can be usefully applied to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
