The present invention provides a composition for preventing, improving, mitigating, or treating dermatitis, comprising at least one selected from a group composed of an exosome and/or extracellular vesicle derived from an adipose-derived stem cell, and a fraction object containing an exosome and/or extracellular vesicle separated from an adipose-derived stem cell culture medium. According to the present invention, generation of factors relevant to various inflammatory cytokine and inflammation that becomes a cause of dermatitis is reduced, and dermatitis can be prevented, improved, mitigated, or treated by restricting activation or participation of an inflammation-related immunologically competent cell.
