According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an integrated handheld optical coherence tomography (OCT) device with a built-in battery, comprising: an optical unit provided in an area inside the handheld case; a circuit unit provided in another area inside the handheld case to perform signal processing and power management of the optical unit; and a power supply unit that supplies power to the optical unit and the circuit unit, and is mounted inside the handheld case.
