A light absorption spectrum correcting apparatus, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light absorption spectrum correcting method are disclosed. A light absorption spectrum correcting apparatus according to at least one embodiment includes a pressure sensor for measuring a contact pressure of a subject, a light source emitting light for measuring a light absorption spectrum for the subject, and light irradiation on the subject and an ATR crystal layer used as a contact pressure transmission path, a spectrum detector and analyzer for generating and analyzing a light absorption spectrum by detecting light emitted from the ATR crystal layer, and contact pressure data transmitted from the pressure sensor and detecting the spectrum and a spectrum corrector for correcting the light absorption spectrum based on light intensity data provided from the analyzer.
