It relates to a composition for diagnosing senescence of stem cells, comprising a gene encoding a deubiquitin protein or an agent capable of specifically detecting the expression level of the protein, and it is possible to determine whether the senescence of the stem cells is progressing. It can be usefully used to evaluate the quality of stem cells used in therapeutics.
