The present invention relates to a wearable amyloid-beta plaque testing device, which can be worn on the head of a subject, comprising a mounting body disposed to face the eye of the subject, and a clasp connected to the mounting body and contacting on the head of the subject mounting part; and a retinal imaging unit installed on one surface of the mounting body facing the eye of the subject, wherein the retinal imaging unit captures a retinal image capable of detecting 'retinal thickness' and 'amyloid-beta plaque' . The present invention has an effect of easily capturing a retinal image capable of detecting 'retinal thickness' and 'amyloid-beta plaque' required for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease by using an easy-to-wear test device for retinal examination. In addition, there is an excellent effect of detecting 'retinal thickness' and 'amyloid-beta plaque' on the subject's retina and quantifying the increase or decrease of amyloid-beta peptide pigmented in the retina, thereby diagnosing Alzheimer's disease at an early stage.
