A cat scratcher according to the present invention includes: a first scratching member in which a plurality of plate-shaped first unit corrugated cardboard extending in a longitudinal direction are overlapped to form a layer; a first pair of first frame members having a structure corresponding to that of the first scratching member, wherein the first frame members are symmetrically positioned on both sides of the first scratching member to support the first scratching member scratching frame; a second scratching member formed by overlapping a plurality of plate-shaped second unit corrugated cardboard extending long in the longitudinal direction; and a pair of second frame members having a structure corresponding to that of the second scratching member, wherein the second frame members are symmetrically positioned on both sides of the second scratching member to support the second scratching member and two scratching frames, wherein an inner end surface of each of the second frame members is coupled to an outer end surface of each of the first frame members.
