The present disclosure provides a non-linear planning model based production planning system. The system comprises a distributed storage device and an analysis device, wherein a processor of the analysis device is configured to obtain production record information, construct, on the basis of the production record information, a non-linear planning model, and solve the non-linear planning model to obtain first feasible solutions. The non-linear planning model comprises constraint conditions meeting process requirements and an objective function used for indicating pressure equalization of the same device group, and the first feasible solutions are used for indicating production planning. The present disclosure further provides a production planning method and a computer-readable storage medium, which improve the efficiency and reduce the idle rate of devices.
