A high-temperature molten aluminum corrosion-abrasion resistant high boron cast steel material and a preparation method therefor. Said material comprises components (wt.%): C: 0.1 - 1, B: 1.0 - 6.5, Cr: 7.5 - 25, Mo: 0.5 - 12.5, Si: 0.5 - 3.5, Al: 0.5 - 8.5, Mn: 0.2 - 1.2, S < 0.05, P < 0.05, the balance being Fe. Said method comprises: performing annealing treatment on a casting obtained, and performing quenching and tempering treatment. The prepared material structure consists of a matrix martensite phase, rod-like and mesh-like Cr-rich boride phases, and an irregular bulk Mo-rich boride phase. The hardness reaches 36.5 - 61.0 HRC at room temperature, the impact toughness reaches 2.5 - 8.0 J/cm2, and the high temperature molten aluminum corrosion-abrasion rate at 750 ℃ is 2.0-9.0 times lower than that of H13 steel.
