A live virus banked from an attenuated dengue virus strain, and a dengue vaccine using them as an antigen

A dengue vaccine with high stability was found that induces neutralizing antibody responses against all four dengue virus serotypes with a single administration and does not cause viremia in a certain amount or more. We provide a tetravalent dengue virus preparation with excellent results in both efficacy (neutralizing antibody response) and safety (viremia).
