PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably dispersing nanocarbon in water or another solvent while maintaining original physical properties of the nanocarbon and having a degree of freedom in a dispersant type.;SOLUTION: The present invention adopts a nanocarbon dispersion that comprises nanocarbon and rosin or a derivative thereof as a dispersant therefor.
