The present invention relates to a nanocarbon-dispersing liquid, to a method for evaluating nanocarbons using the liquid, and to a method for producing nanocarbon materials using the liquid, and relates to a method for producing solids from the nanocarbon-dispersing liquid, to nanocarbon solids produced by the method, to a method for evaluating nanocarbons using the nanocarbon solids, and to a method for producing nanocarbon materials using the solids, comprising: a nanocarbon-cutting step of cutting provided nanocarbons aggregated into bundles into an average particle size of 0.1 μm to 5 μm; and a nanocarbon-dispersing step of mixing the cut nanocarbons, 0.01 to 300 weight parts of a dispersing agent with respect to 100 weight parts of the nanocarbons, and a solvent, and dispersing the nanocarbons by means of a disperser.
