PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacant seat prediction device capable of predicting vacant seats for seated seats by accurately determining a seated state even when a train is moving without complicating the system.;SOLUTION: A vacant seat prediction device 5 acquires position information showing a relative positional relation between one of AP3s and a mobile terminal 2 generated by using wireless connection of the one of AP3s and the mobile terminal 2 and seat information showing positional relation between the AP3 and each seat in the train, determines whether an owner of the mobile terminal 2 is being seated or not using these information, and predicts vacancy of seats which are determined to be seated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
