Human betacoronavirus universal primer sets for whole genome amplification method and diagnosis kit

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a full-length genome sequence for determining whether or not infected with a beta coronavirus and a use thereof. The method, kit, and composition of the present invention include a universal primer set capable of amplifying the genomic sequence of the beta-coronavirus, and thus the presence or absence of the target beta-coronavirus in the sample and related diseases can be easily and quickly confirmed. In addition, it can be effectively used to identify new beta-coronaviruses by determining whether or not the new beta-coronavirus is mutated through whole genome analysis.
