Human alphacoronavirus universal primer sets for whole genome amplification method and diagnosis kit

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a full-length genomic sequence for determining whether a corona virus is infected and uses thereof. The method, kit, and composition of the present invention include 11 general-purpose primer sets capable of amplifying the genome sequence of a corona virus, and accordingly, the presence or absence of a target virus in a sample and related diseases can be easily and quickly confirmed. In addition, it can be effectively used to identify new viruses by determining whether a new corona virus is mutated through full-length genome analysis.
