GOLF PRACTICE TOOL AND GOLF SWING PRACTICE METHOD

To provide a golf practice tool in which the swing applying the principle of pendulum motion is practiced repeatedly by using an upper neck rear side of a player as a supporting point.SOLUTION: A golf practice tool 1 applies the principle of pendulum motion. The golf practice tool 1 includes a neck-hanging strap 31, a lead 22 stored in a reel type holder 20 connected to the neck-hanging strap 31, and a golf club holder 10 connected to a tip of the lead 22. The golf club holder 10 is a substantially elliptic sheet formed of flexible materials, is provided with a hole for connection with the lead 22 of the reel type holder 20 at one end and connected with the lead 22, and is provided with a circular penetration part 12 larger than the diameter of the golf club grip at the other end. A circular thin film thinner than the golf club holder 10 is provided in the penetration part 12. In the thin film, multiple slits 13 are provided from the central part of the penetration part 12 to the periphery of the penetration part. The golf club grip is mounted to the penetration part 12.
