To facilitate blood pressure measurement and improve accuracy of the blood pressure measurement.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measurement device for measuring the blood pressure of a person to be measured comprises: a photographing unit for photographing the person; a calculation unit which, on the basis of an image of the person photographed by the photographing unit and physique information of the person stored previously, calculates the difference of elevation between the heart of the person and the blood pressure measurement device; and a measurement unit which executes blood pressure measurement of the person by using the difference of elevation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
