The present disclosure provides a method for enhancing the immunogenicity of a hypogenic antigenic antigen-specific vaccine and facilitating the diversification of the intestinal microflora in the target animal that is required, wherein the method comprises administering an effective amount of beta glucan extract derived from yeast to the subject animal.
