A system and method for providing BIM data-based dynamic simulation according to an embodiment are disclosed. The system for providing the dynamic simulation includes a data storage module for storing maintenance history data for each facility as a big data DB table; a data standardization module that calculates a degradation grade based on the big data DB table for each facility and converts the maintenance history data into a standard data file to which the calculated degradation grade is assigned; a data visualization module for mapping a color scheme code value according to the degradation grade to a BIM model of the facility; and a simulation module for displaying a BIM model to which the color scheme code value is mapped and a degradation level for the color scheme code value.
