To provide a legal document data correction method and system easily capable of not only understanding a task feeling contained in a legal document but also taking a concrete measure to overcome the task feeling.SOLUTION: The legal document correction method comprises: a review result recording step for recording a review result for each prescribed unit of sentences to constitute a legal document; a review result outputting step for outputting the recorded review result of the legal document; a response information input acceptance step for accepting input of response information which is information on whether a response to the output review result is required or not; and a correction step for correcting the review result of the legal document that is recorded in the review result recording step or the legal document by prescribed unit when the response information is accepted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
