A biological ink for 3D printing, comprising N-acryloylglycinamide, a macromolecular polymer and nano-clay. The macromolecular polymer comprises one or more of modified gelatin, double-bond modified alginates, double-bond modified collagen and double-bond modified hyaluronic acid. The mass ratio of N-acryloylglycinamide to the macromolecular polymer is (0.1-10): 1. A composite material network formed by curing of the biological ink has a high cross-linking degree, a stable structure, strong mechanical properties and high biocompatibility. A small-caliber tubular structure scaffold formed by means of 3D printing of the biological ink, a preparation method therefor and use thereof.
