Disclosed are a bone repair material, a preparation method therefor and a biological composite scaffold comprising same. The bone repair material comprises a matrix material, and a carbon nanomaterial and a polypeptide mixed with the matrix material; and the carbon nanomaterial and the polypeptide are bound by chemical bonds. The preparation method for the bone repair material comprises: binding the carbon nanomaterial and polypeptide by means of chemical bonds; and subjecting the carbon nanomaterial and the polypeptide bound by means of chemical bonds to mixing with the matrix material and then to a molding treatment.
