摘要

The present invention relates to gas precursor-containing nanoparticles (nanobubbles), an anticancer composition based thereon and a method for producing the nanobubbles, and relates to an ultrasound-mediated anticancer drug capable of inducing the physical apoptosis of cancer cells. The nanobubbles, according to the present invention, have an effect of inducing RIPK3 and MLKL protein-independent necroptosis-like apoptosis in a selective tumor site by means of ultrasonic irradiation, and thus may be used for the treatment of not only various carcinomas but also malignant tumors in which RIPK3 and MLKL expression is inhibited. In addition, the present invention may induce stronger immunogenicity than that of conventional immunogenic apoptosis which uses anticancer therapy, and thus may be applied to an anticancer combination therapy technique which uses same.
