Provided are a seamless welding method for an electrode shell (10) and electrode tab (20) of a button battery, a welding structure, and a product. The welding method comprises the following steps: (S1) first, preparing a metal piece (40), and welding one end of the electrode tab (20) that extends out of the cell onto the metal piece (40) and forming a first welding point (50) between the electrode tab (20) and the metal piece (40), and then placing the metal piece (40) horizontally inside of the electrode shell (10); (S2) next, pressing the metal piece (40) against an inner surface of the electrode shell (10), and separately pressing both of two needle electrodes (100, 200), which have been electric resistance welded, onto different positions of an outer surface of the metal piece (40), said positions being different from the welding positions between the metal piece (40) and the electrode tab (20), and then providing power to the two needle electrodes (100, 200) in the present step so as to implement a fixed connection between the electrode shell (10) and the metal piece (40). The welding structure and the surface of the electrode shell (10) of the button battery product manufactured using said welding method have good integrity, and phenomena such as electrolyte leakage or surface protrusions caused by electrode shell (10) cracking can be avoided. In addition, the quality of the welding between the electrode tab (20) and the metal piece (40) and between the metal piece (40) and the electrode shell (10) can be readily inspected, thereby preventing pseudo welding.
