An electric leakage detection circuit (101), an electric leakage protection circuit, and a household appliance. The electric leakage detection circuit comprises a charged conductor (G) with an alternating current, and a connecting end (H) for connecting to a conductor (B) to be tested, wherein the connecting end (H) is connected to a first end of a first coupling capacitor (C1), a second end of the first coupling capacitor (C1) is connected to a first end of a fourth coupling capacitor (C4), and a second end of the fourth coupling capacitor (C4) is grounded; the charged conductor (G) is connected to a first end of a second coupling capacitor (C2), a second end of the second coupling capacitor (C2) is connected to a first end of a third coupling capacitor (C3), and a second end of the third coupling capacitor (C3) is grounded; and a sampling resistor (R1) is connected between an intersection point of the second end of the second coupling capacitor (C2) and the first end of the third coupling capacitor (C3), and an intersection point of the second end of the first coupling capacitor (C1) and the first end of the fourth coupling capacitor (C4). In the present electric leakage detection circuit (101), voltage measurement reference points (E) are respectively connected, in the form of double capacitors, to the charged conductor (G) and a null line (N), such that detection reference points (E) of voltages at two ends of the sampling resistor (R1) form a relatively strong and stable coupling with a reference potential (F), and therefore, detection is stable and reliable.
