Coaxial electrostatic spinning device for the production of the pH-reacting antibacterial core shell fibre film, producing the core shell structure to fix the antibacterial medium within the pH-reacting material,and where the on-off set-off release of the antibacterial core layer is achieved by adjusting the pH environment of the shell layer,where the coaxial electrostatic spinning device includes a PLC control system, a micropump control system, a liquid storage device, a coaxial needle, a recording device and a high voltage electrostatic generator,where the PLC control system is connected to the micropump control system, the recording device and the high voltage electrostatic generator by cable, the parameter setting of the total coaxial spinning device;the micropump control system uses corrosion-resistant materials, mainly comprising a high-precision main micropump and a high-precision secondary micropump;where the liquid storage device consists of syringes and the syringes are fixed by the micropump control system, with each micropump control system being able to attach syringes 1-2, the method of attachment being snap fastening,and the syringes can be loaded according to shell and core layers solution and mounted on the main micropump and secondary micropump,where the nozzle of the coaxial needle is a concentric ring, the inner ring of the concentric ring being an electrostatic spindle connected to the syringe with the core solution, the outer ring of the concentric ring being a cross-shaped outer coat,which is connected to the syringe with the shell solution by tube,where the recording equipment includes, as required, an orientation, roll and flat recording; andwhere the high voltage electrostatic generator is connected by wires to the coaxial needle and the recording device to form an electric field.
