Lyophilized fertilizer composition comprising iron siderophore chelates and a stabilizing agent and a lyophilized composition comprising siderophores and a stabilizing agent, wherein the stabilizing agent is starch. The invention further refers to processes of obtaining a lyophilized fertilizer composition comprising a step of synthesis of at least one siderophore compound by means of biochemical transformation executed by at least one microorganism and to the use of the compositions for treating cultivated plants, for example in conditions of low iron availability, where the compositions have the ability of correcting chlorosis in plants, not presenting environmental risks. The lyophilized fertilizer composition and the lyophilized composition have high storage stability.
