An OCT device and apparatus for detecting a spell of sickness of an asthma patient, and a storage medium. The OCT device comprises an OCT host, a back pumping device and a catheter; the OCT host sends a control signal to the back pumping device by means of a signal connecting line so as to control the back pumping device to move back and forth to drive the catheter to move; the OCT host is connected to a probe of the catheter and used for obtaining sampling images, acquired by the probe, of the asthma patient in real time; the OCT host is further used for preprocessing the plurality of sampling images, and according to the plurality of sampling images, measuring the airway epithelial layer thickness, the airway lamina propria thickness, the size of collapse holes in the airway and the number of the collapse holes so as to determine the airway type of the asthma patient and the spell of sickness of the asthma patient. The OCT device can greatly improve the accuracy for determining the spell of sickness of an asthma patient and provides a reference for formulating a therapeutic scheme by a medical staff later.
